ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY Nicholl Fuel Oils Ltd recognises and accepts a continuing responsibility as employers to providing a safe and healthy workspace and environment for all its employees. The Company will take all steps within its power to meet and maintain this responsibility by paying particular attention to the provision and maintenance of all property, plant, equipment and systems of work. The Company, or those employees delegated on its behalf, shall co-operate with safety consultants or other relevant authorities in order to maintain reasonable safety standards and safe conditions at work.
